Terms of Service

01: Basic Terms• I have the right to reject any commission without giving any reason.
• References are needed before requesting a commission.02: Payment• I accept USD (US Dollars) and PHP (Philippine Peso). You can pay me using Paypal.
• Payments for commissions can be paid upfront 100% or be split, 50% upfront and the final 50% will be requested after the approval of sketch. I'm only able to continue the drawing after the commissioner paid the requested amount that I sent.
• I will be using Paypal's Invoice feature for requesting the payment for the commission.03: Process and Delivery• Commissions can take around 1-4 weeks or longer depending on my schedule.
• I will provide regular updates of how's the commission is going. (Updates on the commission will have a watermark.)
• Once the artwork is finished, you will receive a full resolution of the artwork without a watermark.
(Note: You will not get physical copy of the artwork.)04: Revisions• A fee will be added if you wish for me to change something on the final drawing.
(If it's a misunderstanding on my end, then you will not be charged.)
• If you want something to change that you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee for me to change it.
(This fee can differ depending how complex or how long it will take for it to be fixed.)05: Copyright• I, the Artist...

○ I DO NOT HAVE the Intellectual Property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.
○ I have the right to post the commissioned artwork online and put it in my portfolio.• You, the customer...
○ You can post the commission online or put it in a website. (As long as it's a non-profit website.)
○ You will NOT change or trace the finished artwork without my approval.
○ You have the Intellectual Property for the commissioned artwork.
○ You will NOT use my artwork (commissioned or not) for any commercial purposes unless I agreed for it to be used that way.
○ You will NOT claim the artwork as your own.
○You will NOT using any of my artworks (commission or not) to train AI.05a: Copyright Infringement○ Making money using my artworks in any way is prohibited unless I have given you permission to do so.
○ Claiming my Artwork as your own.
○ Altering/Copying/Tracing my art(commission or not) without my approval.
○ Using my artwork(commission or not) to train AI.06: Refund Policy and Cancellation• The buyer can't cancel the commission if I've already started doing it.
• If I'm unable to do the commission, the buyer will get refunded.
• If the buyer wants to cancel and I haven't started doing the commission, the buyer will get refunded.
• Do NOT use Paypal chargeback when requesting a refund. I will send it directly to you.
• You will lose the rights mentioned earlier if you request a Paypal Chargeback even after receiving the product.
(I will decline the chargeback and provide paypal with information about our transaction.)(Breaking these rules, will end you being BLACKLISTED and you will never get a commission from me ever again.)
